We want to explain how AI (Artificial Intelligence) might be used by RIASS and reassure you that families, children, and young people will always receive accurate, impartial, and lawful advice and support.
RIASS is here to give free, confidential, and impartial help about special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). AI will never replace the personal support you get from our trained team.
You have the right to get information and advice in a way that works for you. This can include using digital tools or AI if you choose.
