The Special Education and Training Support Service now have their own YouTube channel. There are many helpful videos on here aimed to help in the classroom and at home. New videos include: Anger Management – Support at home and Top 10 tips for helping hearing impaired children in the classroom.
The Children’s Centres and partner agencies are working together to make services better for families with young children as we work on the Covid-19 recovery plans. And they need your help in completing the attached Early Years Survey 2021. It is aimed at families with children under five years of age and under nine for children with SEND.
We want to hear about how families have managed during the Covid-19 pandemic, types of support they accessed, any barriers to accessing support and what else would be useful to them and their family going forward. The information collected will be used to ensure they are offering the right support to families with young children. They will also share the information with commissioners and policy makers at local level. You will have the option to enter your name into a prize draw with three £50 shopping vouchers to be won.
If you have any questions about this online survey, please email email@example.com or call 07852428864. If you would like to complete the survey with someone over the telephone, please use the above email address or telephone number and we will call back. This survey will close on Friday 26th March 2021.
Redbridge Forum and TA East ( A counselling & psychotherapy training institute) have come together to provide emotional and personal support for carers in Redbridge. The pandemic has brought about uncertainty and more to manage physically and emotionally. We all need to talk and to be listened to and to be in contact with each other in order to thrive in the world. Groups will be run online for six weeks, for two hours. They will be facilitated by an experienced practitioner.
Sessions run on March 13th, 20th, 27th, April 10th & 17th at 10am. To book your place please email Chris Merritt firstname.lastname@example.org
